IRIS Festival

Spending a sunny Saturday in Central Hong Kong at the IRIS festival today. Taken part in a delicious mindfulness practice with Eleanor Foucher, a tea ceremony with Resham Daswani, taken part in a Human Eye Contact experiment, enjoyed being in the city at a slower pace with lightness and fun. As I write this I’m listening to a yoga workshop where the teacher is encouraging people to wink at people they make eye contact with as they practice!

This evening dance and music is planned.

Tomorrow I’m going to be teaching Nonviolent Communication in the morning and Massage in Schools in the afternoon.

Very happy to be a part of to be part of this event – today feels like a holiday!
